Atlanta weekend

November 21–23, 2026

Events in this group

Going to a different event in Atlanta that weekend? You can still join this group.

Hotels with a family rate

Rates depend on dates and availability and are shown when you book through the link. Families book and pay the hotel directly. More hotel rates near the venue are being confirmed.

Team-friendly restaurants

No Más! Cantina confirmed a $23 all-inclusive team menu for groups of 15+ who reserve ahead, and gusto! catering delivers team orders (free delivery over $250). Team managers book and pay restaurants directly. Other PlumJar perks are still being confirmed, and we'll email them once they're set.

Team meal options for Atlanta

We line up team meals so you can focus on the games. Each option shows the style, price, group size, when to book and who to contact. Teams book and pay the restaurant directly; PlumJar is free.

Want something else? Tell us your team's needs once

Don't see the right fit above? Tell us what your team wants (cuisine, style, budget, area, even a specific restaurant) and we'll find it. Fill this in once, early: the more time we have, the more restaurants we can line up. When you're ready to eat, one click or text and we'll call around and send you what's available. Nothing is booked until you confirm with the restaurant.

This saves your team's needs; it isn't a booking. We check availability with restaurants and you confirm directly with them.

What does your team need?

We work directly with hotels, restaurants and other local businesses to negotiate group deals for teams. Tell us what your team needs for Atlanta and we'll reach out to local businesses for you. We reply within 1–2 business days. Free for clubs and families.

This is a request, not a booking. Discounts depend on what local businesses agree to, so we can't guarantee one.

The Reckoning 2026: weekend questions

When and where is The Reckoning 2026?

JVA The Reckoning, a boys club volleyball tournament (12U–18U), runs Nov 21–23, 2026 at the Georgia World Congress Center (Halls A & B), 285 Andrew Young International Blvd NW, Atlanta. Check the event's own site for schedules.

Where can our family stay for The Reckoning?

Hyatt Place Atlanta Airport South has a confirmed 16% discount for Reckoning families (Fri Nov 20 to Mon Nov 23) with free hot breakfast, Wi-Fi and airport shuttle; book through the Hotels section above. The event's housing partner also lists hotels. If your club uses its own hotel block, follow your club's rules.

Where can a team eat near the Georgia World Congress Center?

No Más! Cantina, under a mile from GWCC, offers a $23 per person all-inclusive Team Dining Menu for groups of 15+. Use the Reserve a team dinner form above, or reserve with the restaurant directly.

How do we get from the Atlanta airport to the venue?

MARTA rail runs from Hartsfield-Jackson (ATL) to downtown near GWCC. Passes cost $9 for 1 day, $14 for 2 days and $16 for 3 days. The airport is about 10–12 miles from the venue by car.

Where do we park at the World Congress Center?

Pre-pay GWCC on-campus parking before you go, or reserve a nearby lot (from about $6; event-day prices may be higher).

Are there airline discounts for The Reckoning?

The event lists a Delta discount (meeting code NY53M) and Southwest fares through SWABIZ for travel Nov 19–24. Check the event site for current terms.

Is PlumJar part of JVA?

No. PlumJar is an independent, free service for traveling families. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by JVA or the venue. Families book and pay each business directly.

Questions

Why do I need to activate my sign-up?

So we know the email really belongs to you and every family in a group is real. After you save your spot, open the activation link we email you from [email protected]. Your spot counts once it's activated.

Does it cost anything?

No. Joining is free, and so is using your discount code. You pay the hotel, restaurant or ride company directly, at the group price.

How do I use the discount?

When your weekend group opens, we email your family's PlumJar code and the list of deals. When you book or pay, give the business your code and the email you signed up with. They check it and apply the group price. For hotels, your pass includes the hotel's group booking link.

Do we have to travel with the group?

No. The group only exists to get better prices. You choose your own hotel, flights and plans, and book just for your family or together with your team.

Is the discount guaranteed?

No. Discounts depend on what local businesses agree to for each weekend, and they can change. You'll see every deal and its terms before you use your code, and you never have to use one.

Do you book for me?

No. You book and pay the business directly, so you stay in control of your plans. We find the deals and give you the code.

My event makes us book through its own hotel list.

Some events require families to stay in their hotel block ("stay to play"). If yours does, we'll tell you, and still help with restaurants, rides, travel and the rest of the weekend.

Why group families from different events?

A hotel cares about how many rooms you fill, not which event you came for. Pooling every family in town that weekend makes a much bigger group than one team alone.

Who handles my request?

PlumJar runs on AI assistants that research options and contact hotels, restaurants and ride services for your group. You see every deal and its terms before you use your code.
