PlumJar is a product of Ryte Solutions LLC ("Ryte Solutions", "we", "us"). This policy explains what information we collect through plumjar.ai, how we use it, and the choices you have.
PlumJar is in a pre-launch, design-partner stage. This policy covers this website and the design-partner application form. If you become a design partner, a separate written agreement will cover the video footage and voice recordings you give us.
Information we collect
Information you give us
When you apply to the design-partner program we collect your name, work email address, firm name, the type of firm, a range for assets under management, and how often you post video today. If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write.
Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records basic technical details when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We use this to keep the site running and secure.
We may use analytics and advertising measurement tools, such as Google Analytics, the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors find and use the site and whether our ads work. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work.
How we use information
- To review your design-partner application and contact you about it.
- To answer questions you send us.
- To run, secure and improve the website.
- To measure how well our advertising performs.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use the information on your application to make investment recommendations of any kind.
Who we share it with
We share information only with companies that help us run the site and the program, and only so they can do that work for us. Today these are:
- Cloudflare, which hosts the website, stores form submissions and delivers them to us by email.
- Google, which serves the fonts used on the site and, if enabled, analytics.
- LinkedIn and Meta, if their advertising measurement tools are enabled.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a merger, sale or reorganization of the business. If that happens, this policy continues to apply to your information.
How long we keep it
We keep application details for as long as we are in contact with you about PlumJar, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also tell us to stop contacting you at any time. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws. We will honor any request that the law in your state requires, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, and connections to this website are encrypted. No way of sending or storing information is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
PlumJar is built for financial professionals. The site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Where information is processed
Ryte Solutions LLC is based in the United States, and information is processed in the United States. If you visit from another country, your information will be transferred to and handled in the United States.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. If a change is significant, we will tell design-partner applicants by email.
