These terms govern your use of plumjar.ai (the "site"). PlumJar is a product of Ryte Solutions LLC ("Ryte Solutions", "we", "us"). By using the site or applying to the design-partner program, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

What PlumJar is

PlumJar is software that helps financial advisors create and publish video. It is in a pre-launch, design-partner stage. The site describes how the product is intended to work. Features, timing and availability may change before or after launch.

Not investment, legal or compliance advice

Ryte Solutions is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm or compliance consultant. Nothing on the site is investment, tax, legal or compliance advice. PlumJar is designed to support your compliance process. It does not replace your compliance team, and you remain responsible for meeting the rules that apply to you, including the SEC Marketing Rule and FINRA rules where they apply.

The sample video and illustrations

The presenter in the sample video is fictional and AI-generated. The charts, figures and on-screen examples on the site are hypothetical illustrations. They are not results, performance data or recommendations.

The design-partner program

Sending an application does not guarantee a place in the program, and it does not create a contract to buy or provide any service. If we invite you to join, the program will be covered by a separate written agreement, which will include the terms for the video footage, voice recordings and other content you give us. Any offer described on the site, including free periods and pricing, applies only as set out in that agreement.

Using the site

You agree to give accurate information on the application form and to use the site lawfully. You agree not to:

• submit information about another person without their permission;
• try to gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it;
• interfere with the site's normal operation, or use automated tools to scrape or overload it;
• copy, resell or republish the site's content without our written permission.

Intellectual property

The site and its content, including the text, design, logos, sample video and software, belong to Ryte Solutions or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "PlumJar" and the PlumJar logo are marks of Ryte Solutions. You may view the site and share links to it. No other rights are granted.

Feedback

If you send us ideas or feedback about PlumJar, you agree that we may use them to improve the product without any obligation to you.

The site may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, Ryte Solutions disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ryte Solutions and its owners, employees and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or these terms will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
