When and where is the 2027 Nike Central Zone Invitational?

It runs Saturday Jan 23 to Sunday Jan 24, 2027 at the Indiana Convention Center, 100 S Capitol Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46225. It is hosted by Capitol Sports Center.

What age groups play at the Central Zone Invitational?

Girls club volleyball teams, 11s through 18s.

Is the Central Zone Invitational stay-to-play?

Yes. It uses the Tournament Advantage Program (TAP): out-of-town teams must book hotels through Integrated Tournament Solutions (ITS), and rooms booked directly with a hotel don't count. Families must follow the event's housing rules.

Can PlumJar get us a hotel deal for the Central Zone Invitational?

No. Because hotels must be booked through the event's housing company, PlumJar is not lining up hotel deals for this weekend. We're lining up team meal options instead.

Can we bring food into the Indiana Convention Center?

No. The Indiana Convention Center does not allow outside food or drink without written consent; Sodexo Live! is the exclusive caterer. Plan team meals at a restaurant or your hotel.

What is the ITS cancellation policy?

ITS charges a $12 booking fee per reservation. Changes or cancellations within 10 days of arrival may cost one night's room and tax, and a first-night no-show is charged one night plus tax.

Which airport is closest to the Indiana Convention Center?

Indianapolis International (IND), about 15 miles southwest of downtown, usually a 20–25 minute drive.

Is PlumJar part of the Central Zone Invitational?

No. PlumJar is independent, not affiliated with or endorsed by Capitol Sports Center, Circle City Volleyball, Integrated Tournament Solutions or the Indiana Convention Center. The PlumJar service is free for families; you book and pay any hotel or restaurant directly.

Questions

Why do I need to activate my sign-up?

So we know the email really belongs to you and every family in a group is real. After you save your spot, open the activation link we email you from [email protected]. Your spot counts once it's activated.

Does it cost anything?

No. Joining is free, and so is using your discount code. You pay the hotel, restaurant or ride company directly, at the group price.

How do I use the discount?

When your weekend group opens, we email your family's PlumJar code and the list of deals. When you book or pay, give the business your code and the email you signed up with. They check it and apply the group price. For hotels, your pass includes the hotel's group booking link.

Do we have to travel with the group?

No. The group only exists to get better prices. You choose your own hotel, flights and plans, and book just for your family or together with your team.

Is the discount guaranteed?

No. Discounts depend on what local businesses agree to for each weekend, and they can change. You'll see every deal and its terms before you use your code, and you never have to use one.

Do you book for me?

No. You book and pay the business directly, so you stay in control of your plans. We find the deals and give you the code.

My event makes us book through its own hotel list.

Some events require families to stay in their hotel block ("stay to play"). If yours does, we'll tell you, and still help with restaurants, rides, travel and the rest of the weekend.

Why group families from different events?

A hotel cares about how many rooms you fill, not which event you came for. Pooling every family in town that weekend makes a much bigger group than one team alone.
